To talk about Analytics and Integration in practice, let us explain the details in the development of an ST IT Cloud solution.
This solution literally originated from a challenge, where it was necessary to handle the ingestion of various data sources, formats, and different moments, in a data-based solution.
To handle the challenge, we chose to create APIs, that is, to facilitate the interconnection between these various data sources to a data lake, to be processed in a data pipeline trail. For the development of this project, which is quite complex, AWS solutions were used.
These solutions work in the best way with the data lifecycle and are essential for companies that need to optimize costs, ensure security, and increase reliability at scale.

What are the solutions in practice?
We developed two architectures in partnership with AWS. They are:
- Data Lake Architecture: AWS services were used to provide features such as data submission, consumption processing, dataset management, data transformation and analysis, building and deploying Machine Learning tools, research, publication, and visualization. This operational excellence consists of building a whole architecture in code, which we call Infrastructure as code, where one can quickly implement new improvements, adjustments, and have everything versioned.
Transactional Architecture: This architecture is the evolution of the Data Lake; it handles these events more quickly as they are ingested, in a more asynchronous manner, resulting in data optimization with more responsiveness and performance. In this case, the need was precisely to scale the solution to grow according to business needs.
